    Long John Silver's 5:20p-5:40p Saturday, June 20, 2015 No corn. No Dr. Pepper. No chicken. No damn good. Why is this kind of "service" so rampant and common in our community? Why do we continue to patronize these fast food restaurants where it is obvious that customer service is not high on the franchisees list of values? We even joke about how when you go to these places in our neighborhoods, they rarely have what they're known for selling i.e. KFC with no chicken, Taco Bell with no shells, Burger King with no buns, etc. Why did it take 20 minutes at a fast food drive-thru? Why was the lady who was outside smoking near the dumpster the same lady who rang me up? Why is she moving like I haven't been sittin' here for 20 minutes already?! Why do I keep doing this to myself?! I'm 100% for supporting black business, franchises, and establishments but black businesses, franchises, and establishments need to offer something worth supporting besides cultural similarities! The managers and franchise owners need to play a more active role in making sure their places of business move beyond the stereotypes. I'm seeing negative reviews extending back 3 years. Why hasn't it improved since then? Were checks still collected by the owners? No more jokes. Let's get serious about how we are representing ourselves and how we allow ourselves to be treated and served.

    I wish I could put no stars. This place has been terrible since it opened. I only go about once a year and plan to stop that. Drive thru is unbelievably slow, order is always always always missing something, never have all of the menu items. Today, no corn. Food tastes ok most of the time. Save your time, energy and money. Don't go

    Star minus. This location needs to be shut down and bulldozed! The staff is slower than a turtle and they are always out of something.You stand in line or at the drivethru place your order, then they tell you they are out of it!You end up wasting half your lunch break to have to go somewhere else. The staff act like they don't want to be there...it's alot of people that are out of work and would gladly take their place!

    This place is horrible no side orders other than fries and sting beans the fish was so greasy that I could've fried a whole pan of fish. There were nets flying all around the place just down right filthy

    Ridiculously slow. I'm in the drive thru behind 2 cars--would you believe 25 minutes. Each customer order is preceded by 'one moment please' and followed by a 5-6 minute wait. But there's only 1 car at the window????

    Disgusting. Air conditioning doesn't work. Somehow my ice cream float was warm? Thought my chicken fish.

    Ok, someone brought me food from this location today for lunch. My order was totally wrong. I asked for chicken and more. Which is chicken and shrimp. My meal consisted of one piece of chicken, one piece of fish, and shrimp. Let me start on the shrimp, how are you going to give me like five little shrimps and three butterfly shrimp? What in the world, I need all of my shrimp to be butterfly, not pieces of shrimp thrown in a box, and not soggy! The fish was a mess, I already don't like it from here, but geish it was nasty! The only ok thing about my meal was the diet pepsi and piece of chicken. Maybe it will be a while before I go back there. O I forgot my pineapple pie is awaiting in the freezer! I hope that's good!

    For the sea food lover in you..... only if there was seafood underneath all of that greasy oily bread coating. I'm sorry but no I'm simply not a fan of this Long John A&W. The gal at the register was nice enough but the bathroom had no soap or hot water had to use my handsanitzer (glade I'm a germaphobe and carry that stuff with me everywhere). Place order for a seafood special "eh...... crab cakes not ready I gots ta drop in" okay fine I'll wait, I'm eating here anyway. They said they would bring it to my table when it's ready.....then it got busy for them. Ah there is no ketchup at the counter and really none at the tables as well thats okay I don't need a lot of ketchup for my fries anyway. Oh wait there are no larger containers for the different sauces just these little flimsy shallow paper ones. All items including the shrimp the fish the lobster bites were all heavily breaded and oiled down not my type of thing. It is fast food amnd I'm here just for a quick bite but really I not feeling this food at all. I guess I'm just used to real seafood, fresh seafood, cooked perfectly and not so much deep fry. I'll leave this place to the teenagers who don't know any better and have stronger digestive systems capable of handling gut rot. I will say this for them and that is those "Ice Flows" drinks are really great and they now have some new flavors including black cherry, ummmm finally something that I can truly enjoy from here. Well I managed to finish what I could and then on my way out reminded them on my lost crab cakes so they appolgized and gave me a bag to go including a couple free extra ones. I'll be back for a Ice Flow drink in the future and nothing more thank you.

    This location is ok. It is in a pretty busy neighborhood filled with businesses and residential. I see other reviews that say the customer service is bad but I've yet to experience that. My food has been a little greasy at times. They have messed up my order a few times but was nice about fixing it. The drive thru can take forever sometimes. I am only giving it 2 stars because the drive thru can take a long time, food isn't consistently good, inside needs to be updated, menu boards outside need to be fixed.

    The service at this restaurant is piss poor. I was told to wait for my food while the window cashier was more concerned with gossip going on inside the store. After waiting 10+ minutes the guy that brought my food had to return inside the store to grab my drink. With service like this, it makes better since to get seafood from another restaurant on the same street. Recommend replacing the whole team and hiring some older people out of work and needing some reliable employment. Just an unfortunate experience.
